Jessica Green, Founder

As the founder and owner of Grace Flourishing, Jessica's work embodies a deep-rooted commitment to fostering healing, support, and empowerment in individuals facing life's toughest challenges.

Jessica is a Biblical Counselor with a Bachelor's degree in pyschology and sociology from Dallas Baptist University and an Associate's degree from Richland College.  Additionally, she has training from The Institute for Biblical Counseling & Discipleship. This educational background has equipped her with a biblical foundation and keen understanding of human behavior, social dynamics, and the intricacies of mental health, enabling her to connect deeply with those she serves.

With over 20 years of experience in various teaching and training roles, Jessica's volunteer work spans an impressive spectrum, including conferences and workshops, children and youth ministry, women's ministry, and child advocacy. Her extensive involvement underscores her dedication to nurturing individual growth and collective well-being. She understands the transformative power of Christ and compassion to inspire those around her. 

Jessica's commitment to creating a 'safe space' is deeply personal. Having navigated her own journey marked by trials, Jessica embodies resilience. Her experiences have instilled in her a profound understanding of hardship and the vital importance of support and compassion. 

Jessica works with adults facing challenges such as relationship issues, divorce, fertility struggles, anxiety or fear, depression, abuse, anger, self-image, and guilt, shame and regret.

Through Grace Flourishing, Jessica aims to cultivate environments where grace is alive, healing begins, and individuals find the strength to flourish — no matter their past. She passionately believes that everyone deserves compassion, understanding, and an opportunity to heal.
